2. Project status

NoirNomad is currently operated as an early-stage international community project and brand.

It is not yet launched as a separately registered legal entity.

Final legal and registration details will be published before formal commercial expansion or regulated activity goes live.

3. Nature of NoirNomad

NoirNomad is a safety-first expat and traveler community.

NoirNomad is not a housing broker, job agency, travel agent, guarantor, immigration adviser, legal adviser, financial adviser, or regulated intermediary.

4. Who may use NoirNomad

NoirNomad is intended for adults and for people who can lawfully use the services where they live.

Users must provide accurate information when using forms, event registration, or community entry routes.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use NoirNomad to:

• scam, defraud, or mislead people
• request money, deposits, loans, crypto, or gift cards from other members or leads
• post fake housing or fake job opportunities
• harass, threaten, discriminate against, or intimidate others
