This WhatsApp Privacy Notice explains what to expect if you join a NoirNomad WhatsApp Community, WhatsApp group, broadcast list, or direct WhatsApp communication channel.

WhatsApp is operated by Meta. NoirNomad does not own or control WhatsApp's infrastructure.

2. WhatsApp is a third-party platform

When you use WhatsApp, Meta's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply.

Before joining a NoirNomad WhatsApp space, you should understand that:

• your phone number may be visible to admins and possibly other members depending on WhatsApp settings
• your profile name and profile photo may be visible
• messages you post may be seen by other group members
• WhatsApp may process your data according to its own policies
• NoirNomad cannot fully control how WhatsApp or other members handle information you share

3. What NoirNomad may see

Depending on the WhatsApp setup, NoirNomad admins may see:

• your phone number
• your display name
• your profile photo
• messages you post
• join or leave activity
• reports or moderation concerns related to your participation
